HALESTORM Members Perform Acoustic Set At Nashville Bar (Video)

Three-quarters of HALESTORM — Lzzy Hale, Joe
Hottinger and Josh Smith — played a five-song acoustic
set Saturday night (July 6) at Dee’s Country Cocktail Lounge in
Nashville, Tennessee. Fan-filmed video footage of their performance
can be seen below. HALESTORM and GODSMACK will join
forces for a month-long U.S. tour in the fall. The trek will kick
off on September 20 in Green Bay, Wisconsin and end on October 18
in Tulsa, Oklahoma. HALESTORM’s 19-date summer tour with
ALICE COOPER kicks off on July 17 in Allentown,
Pennsylvania. HALESTORM’s latest album, “Vicious”,
was released in July 2018 via Atlantic. The disc was
recorded at Nashville, Tennesse’s Rock Falcon recording
studio with producer Nick Raskulinecz. HALESTORM was
nominated for a “Best Rock Performance” Grammy Award for its
song “Uncomfortable”. In 2012, the band won its first
Grammy in the category of “Best Hard Rock/ Metal
Performance” for “Love Bites (So Do I)”. According to the
Grammy web site, Lzzy became the first woman to earn
a Grammy in the category.
