I have been looking at all sorts of "Overnight Oats", but I've noticed some that have the exact same ingredients and amounts have wildly different caloric values. From as high as 390 (Also stating around 16g protein) to as low as 110 (with 33g protein), both included 1/2 cups for Rolled Oats, Almond Milk, Greek Yogurt, something else and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. Everyone seems to have their own idea of what calorie and protein values are, and it is leaving me very confused. Could someone provide me with some good sites and reference points to use instead of random recipes across the net?
